2012 Season Wrap Up

2012 was a great year.  The J105 fleet continues to be strong.  The competition was top level.  For the fourth year in a row a different boat took top honors in the Skyway Championship.  Congratulations to Blase Shea and the crew of Striking on their excellent season.  Close behind was The Assylum in Second and Sealark in third.

Congratulations to Clark Pellett and his crew on Sealark for repeating as Goose Island Champion for 2012. Here's Johnny took second and The Assylum in Third.

We already have one new owner for 2012 and may see another soon.  I guess the only question left to answer is.....who will be the champ in 2013?  Congratulations to all the winners.

Goose Island graciously hosted our well attended fleet event.  Thank you to Jason Gilbert for your help and to Goose Island for their support.  We truly appreciate it.  Over 75 attendees gathered at Goose Island Wrigleyville to rehash mark roundings and to congratulate the winners.

We very much look forward to a short off season.  See everyone at the spring meeting.  Details to come soon.
