Rocking Horse set the pace early and stayed fast all weekend to secure a 4 point victory in the Verve. Congratulations to 2nd year owner Sandy Curtis and his crew! The rest of the 11 boat fleet could not match Rocking Horse's consistency and were left in a seesaw battle for the remaining podium spots. When the dust settled, Sealark had second and Here's Johnny took third. What a great weekend of racing in steady wind and sunshine with the backdrop of the Chicago skyline!
Rocking Horse's Verve victory also secured the 2014 J/105 Fleet 5 Goose Island Championship. More congratulations are in order for Sandy and crew!
